This week at Tommy’s we made Oxtails. To popular demand we added the item, despite the added cost it brings. Oxtails used to be a value item, inexpensive to buy and prepare for guests. Unfortunately that has changed and the cost of Oxtails has multiplied over and over. Even at the higher price, we are selling that item at a loss. And despite the fact that we are operating at a loss during these covid times I wanted to bring an item to our guests that might make them happy. I hope those that love them are able to come in get them and enjoy them.
